Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared with us for verification.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:
- Honey
- Coffee Powder
- Pepper
- Millets
- Food Products
- Opened or Used Products
- Customized Gift Hampers
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
If you paid using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Replacement Policy
We are happy to provide a replacement if:
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product is found to have a genuine manufacturing or packaging defect.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged product.
If a replacement is approved, Ponnii’s Tribal Angadi will bear the shipping cost.
